This is a series focusing on cute, hidden gem, and iconic places to stay in California. ☀️ Let me introduce you to Korakia Pensione! This resort is located in Palm Springs, CA. From SF and the East Bay, it took me about 7.5 hours to get there. I also stopped and stayed in LA for a few days along the way. This resort is a tranquil Moroccan and Mediterranean inspired hideaway. This spot is very peaceful and quiet but also just a few blocks away from the Palm Springs downtown area. This is the PERFECT place for a desert escape! I loved it so much here and cannot wait to return! ⛲️ This 1.5 acre petite resort comprises of 28 villas and homes. This hidden oasis is filled with secret gardens, pools, lounges, fountains, and views of the San Jacinto Mountains. My time here was truly magical. 🌺 I stayed in the Bedouin Room. This room is on the Moroccan side right by a courtyard, the pool, and a fountain. The room was adorned with an arched entryway, queen size built-in bed, stone shower, sitting area, and private patio.
