#SalvationMountain is a vibrant, man-made mountain-like art installation in the California desert near the #SaltonSea 📍Location: Located in the California Desert, near the Salton Sea, in Imperial County, northeast of Niland. 🎨Artist: Leonard Knight, a California drifter who became passionate about sharing his message of love after a Christian conversion experience. It took him 30 years to finish, and it was made primarily from adobe clay from the surrounding desert and donated paint!!!🖌️🎨 ❤️❤️❤️Love Theme: The recurring theme of “Love” is prominent throughout the artwork, from the Sea of Galilee at the bottom to the cross at the top.
